Description

For over two years, I’ve been responsible for SEF Canada’s digital marketing and brand presence—from day-to-day social posting to larger multi-channel campaigns. I manage our social media across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, create all kinds of content (graphics, newsletters, videos), and coordinate email and website updates so we connect meaningfully with our community. My role also includes direct client work: I design website graphics for SEF and external nonprofit clients, ensuring their brands look polished and impactful online.

Result

  • Grew our social media followers by 30%+ with a steady mix of creative video, infographics, and tailored campaigns for each platform.
  • Increased email open rates by 27% by testing everything from subject lines to content layout, and by carefully segmenting our newsletter audiences.
  • Produced, shot, and edited dozens of short videos, stories, and promotional pieces—lifting Instagram and YouTube engagement rates by more than 50%.
  • Designed and updated website banners, event pages, and client graphics that helped boost site visits and made external partners look their best.
  • Built clear analytics dashboards in Google Data Studio, giving our busy team quick insights to plan future campaigns effectively.
